About the Role
Job Location: 319 N Bernardo Ave. Mountain View, CA 94043
Working Hours: 40 hours/ week (minimum)
Salary: $84,885/year
We are seeking a Biological Researcher to join our growing team. In this role, you will support therapeutic development through hands-on experimentation, data analysis, and close collaboration across our translational science programs. Key responsibilities include:
1. Assist in conducting cell-based research targeting age-associated conditions;
2. Participate in partial cellular reprogramming studies aimed at reversing age-related decline at the molecular level;
3. Maintain detailed, organized records of research activities and experimental results using proper laboratory documentation procedures;
4. Utilize bioinformatics tools and basic programming to analyze gene expression data and support experimental design;
5. Evaluate and help implement new technologies and tools to enhance experimental workflow;
6. Collaborate with scientists and research staff to design, execute, and interpret laboratory experiments.
7. Contribute to the development of research protocols, experimental SOPs, and data QC pipelines to ensure reproducibility and regulatory alignment.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Botany, or related field (or foreign equivalent), and 12 months of experience in any occupation demonstrating biological research experience.
